Cancellation: Once the payment is processed and the ebook is delivered, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds: We offer refunds only in the case of technical issues preventing the ebook from being accessed. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@visaontime.co within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Refunds do not apply to ebook content that has been successfully delivered and accessed.
